Medicaid

We are an approved Medicaid provider.

If you have Medicaid, you do not pay anything out of pocket for transport to medical appointments. Please contact your DSS case worker to schedule your ride with our agency.

Ensure that you call to schedule your ride as soon as you know the date and time of your appointment so that the DSS transportation coordinator can put you on our schedule.

Private Pay

You may schedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Please allow enough time for traffic, any assistance you or your loved one may need, and any unforeseen circumstances so that we have a fair opportunity arrive at your appointment on time.

You must prepay for your travel in advance by selecting BOOK NOW and proceeding to process your payment. If you need assistance with paying for your ride, contact us via phone at 704-919-0990 to speak to our scheduling coordinator.
