Weekends
All base rates are for anywhere within Interstate 485 per leg (one-way). Any location outside of Interstate 485 will be charged the base fee, plus $3.00 per mile for any miles outside city limits.
Hospital/Clinic Discharge • $150
Waiting Charge (after 10 min) • $1 per minute
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged a $50 fee. The rest of your payment will be refunded. If cancelled within 48 hrs, you will receive a full refund. No shows will not receive a refund.
Accessibility Rate
Accessible transportation shouldn’t be out of reach. At Good Karma NC, we’re committed to helping our community get where they need to go safely, respectfully, and affordably. To support individuals with disabilities who pay for their transportation out of pocket, we offer a reduced Accessibility Rate.
This program is designed to help make transportation to medical appointments, therapy, dialysis, rehabilitation, and other essential destinations more affordable.
Private Pay Clients with Disabilities
One-way trip within the I-485 loop • $75
Mileage outside the I-485 loop • $3 per mile
